SGHK SOFTWARES LIMITED delegates all marketing activities and associated communications to Fintech Media Advertising Limited (License Nr. 75873983, 237, 2/F Queen's Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong). Fintech Media Advertising Limited assumes full, sole, and exclusive legal liability for every marketing activity, advertisement, claim, and communication published. This includes, but is not limited to, statements made in marketing materials.

We collect only essential data required to manage your community access. We do not sell or lease user data to third parties. You maintain the right to verify or request the permanent deletion of your data by emailing: office@sghk.org.

There are two modalities to gain access to our exclusive/VIP groups:

• Referral Program: Opening an account with a broker referred by us via our official referral link.
• Direct Purchase: Purchasing access directly. Upon purchase, users are provided with secure payment links accepting Cryptocurrency.

Because access to our Telegram channel and digital content is delivered immediately upon confirmation of either modality, all memberships are strictly non-refundable. By proceeding, you explicitly waive all rights to chargebacks or cancellations.

All content shared within our community is proprietary. Redistribution, group-buying, or sharing of signals outside of the private channel is strictly prohibited. Any leak will result in immediate termination of your access and potential legal action.

These terms and any disputes regarding our community or marketing operations are governed exclusively by the laws of Hong Kong. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

Actual regulated investment services (such as automated copy trading feeds) are facilitated exclusively via Mordex Asset Management, an investment firm authorized and strictly regulated in the Czech Republic under CNB License Number: 19819145.

We will never message you privately to solicit investment capital or request custodial control of your money. Our only official point of contact is the Telegram handle: @ontateam. Any other solicitation is fraudulent.
